The seller can demand payment when the goods are shipped from the seller to the buyer. Special payment terms can be agreed upon if necessary. -

Rights in Case of Defects
The buyer can demand correction, replacement, price reduction, cancellation, and/or compensation in case of defects. -
Seller's Rights in Case of Breach
In case of payment default, the seller can demand performance, cancel the purchase, demand interest/collection fees, and possibly compensation. -
Warranty
Any warranties provide the buyer with rights in addition to those required by law and do not limit the statutory rights for complaints. -
Personal Data
The processing of personal data will be done in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. The buyer's personal data will only be used and stored as long as necessary to fulfill the agreement. -
Dispute Resolution
The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. The buyer can contact the Consumer Council for assistance in any dispute with the seller. If an amicable resolution is not achieved after mediation by the Consumer Council, the parties may request in writing that the Consumer Council forward the dispute to the Consumer Dispute Commission. Decisions by the Consumer Dispute Commission are legally binding four weeks after notification. Before the decision becomes legally binding, the parties can, by submitting a complaint to the Consumer Dispute Commission, bring the decision before the district court.
