Return and rights

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at post@proprinteurope.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Stekle AS, Morkavegen 2, 6105 Volda, Norway.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Despite the above, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
