Although it is clearly visible in the pictures below, we cannot help but mention that the largest embroidery frame that comes with the machine is a whopping 500 x 800 mm. If this were to be the smallest size, we have larger models on our website.

I'm a beginner, can I get some training?
In addition to our dealer being there for you whenever you need assistance, you will also receive a user manual. In addition to this, you will have access to training and maintenance videos in five languages: Chinese, English, French, Spanish and Arabic. All of this is of course free of charge. We will also make sure that you have no worries from unpacking the machine, commissioning and right up until the machine is ready for use. If you need further assistance, the factory team is available for a video call with you. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
